The TouchPointe founding partners came together to form TouchPointe because they both knew what they could do together could be so much more compelling and valued than what they would do alone. Both share a passion for excellence, a demand to deliver top service, and to build a very special organization of true integrity with a foundation established upon mutual respect and trust.
Michelle Patterson BiographyMichelle Patterson grew up in San Diego, California, graduating from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, where she studied business and political science.After college, she worked for 10 years at the world's largest specialized recruiting firm as a Regional Vice-President. Michelle managed all nine product lines. Overseeing the consulting arm of the business, she was responsible for building infrastructure and leading a team of over one hundred sales representatives and several hundred consultants. During her tenure, Michelle aggressively rolled out eight new product lines while participating in record revenue growth. Along with managing one of the top regions within the company she was also a national public speaker and sales trainer for both internal and external engagements. After ten years at the same firm, she decided it was time to go out on her own and pursue her dreams. The first was becoming the founder and chairperson of a successful non-profit organization for her community that would become one of the largest signature events in South Orange County - The Taste of Ladera. The event raised close to $175,000 for the local schools and hospital, hosted over 100 local businesses and restaurants, with 25,000 in attendance. She continues in her role as chairperson of Taste of Ladera. In July, 2006 she opened TouchPointe Solutions, LLC a national consulting and recruiting firm specializing in accounting and finance. Michelle is a native to Southern California residing in Ladera Ranch, California with her husband, Eric Patterson of eleven years and two children.
