Biography• Native Californian, grew up in OC and in 1987 graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration.• Began career in staffing with Accountants Overload, a Southern California regional accounting and finance staffing firm. • Progressively moved from recruiter, to retail and major account sales, branch management, area management and spent the last four years with the firm as VP of Sales & Operations overseeing all company profit centers. • While VP at Accountants Overload, sales doubled and consistently achieved double-digit return on sales. • After nine years with AO, Peggy was recruited to a start up firm, Roth Staffing companies, Inc. where she was brought in as Managing Partner of their accounting and finance division and was responsible for driving the expansion and growth of this national firm. • Within her first two years, she grew the division from three to fourteen profit centers in five states, tripled sales, doubled profits and increased staff from twelve to fifty. • Division grew to over 25 offices and 80 employees and a search division was successfully integrated. • Roth Staffing Companies, Inc. was recognized by Inc. 500 as the #1 Fastest Growing Privately Held Co. in US – 1999. Also ranked in 2000 and 2001 in the Top 500. • Peggy and Michelle Patterson, Founding Partner worked together 17 years ago at Accountants Overload and they kept in touch over the years as they built their careers as competitors. When Michelle approached Peggy and shared the TouchPointe story, Peggy knew it was something special and was aligned with the TouchPointe philosophy. • Peggy joined TouchPointe in March 2007 as Managing Partner. • Peggy resides in Fullerton, California with her husband of 16 years, Brian Baggott, and their two sons, Jack, 13 and Kevin, 10.
