I have worked with so many recruitment agencies in the past, but none have come through for me like TouchPointe. I've worked with Apple One, Act 1, Robert Half, Helpmates, AccountTemps, and the like and though there were always promises of help and support, I have yet to go to an interview that was obtained from any of these agencies. I was contracted by one of the largest aerospace companies world wide, my charter was to improve the supply chain with the target that the production line was to double in the next 6-8 months. This required additional qualified resources that would be able to hit the ground running with little or no supervision and at a very fast pace.
TouchPointe contacted me in reference to the outsourcing capabilities program, I submitted my strict requirements and TP sent me six candidates and out of that pool I hired 3. All of this happened within 2 weeks of my requirements being submitted to TP... "not bad".
